I’m Trenton Bortz, a sustainability strategist who turns Sustainability from a cost center into a catalyst for growth.
For nearly a decade I’ve guided organizations, from Fortune 500 manufacturers to fast‑growing tech firms, through the full sustainability journey: building audit‑ready GHG inventories, setting science‑based goals and automating data flows with the right digital tools.
My edge is breadth. I’ve launched three sustainability products, led 25‑plus Scope 1–3 inventories across five continents and steered UN‑aligned carbon programs, all while keeping one foot in strategy and the other in hands‑on implementation. Whether you need to navigate CSRD mandates, unlock circular‑economy savings or translate metrics into a story investors love, I bring the roadmap and the tactical support.

I’m Tosin Lawal, a business operations associate who helps sustainability teams turn strategy into execution—optimizing supply chains, strengthening data, and improving the processes that make progress stick.
With an MBA and an M.S. in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan, I support organizations in building practical, data-driven sustainability programs, especially where the work intersects with day-to-day operations and supplier networks.
My focus is on supply chain optimization, GHG tools and data analysis, and process improvement—bringing operational excellence to sustainability initiatives so teams can move faster, reduce friction, and make decisions with confidence. I’m currently pursuing the SASB certification to deepen my reporting and disclosure toolkit.
